We are looking for a chef for Appels & Peren.
We are looking for someone who loves to cook traditionally, to produce everything in our own kitchen. A chef with a great sense of taste and layout and who wants to think along about the menu choice (every week 3 new main courses, our weekly specials).
Someone who can direct others and want to involve young people in making the mise-en-place. At Appels & Peren everyone works together, kitchen and bar…. that makes working at Appels special and very pleasant!
Working hours from 2 p.m. to about 10 p.m.
(kitchen closes at 9pm)
3 to 4 consecutive days a week, of which 1 weekend day
